Upload Photo Specifications

Due to technical reasons some constraints have been placed on files to be uploaded.

File size is limited to a maximum of 1 megabyte (1024kb)
Maximum dimensions are 1024 x1024 pixels
The image type is confined to .JPG

To reduce the size of the photo to be uploaded, use you image editing software to:

crop the image so that your pets head/face fills most of the image.
to reduce the dimensions of the image choose FILE=>RESIZE/RESAMPLE and choose a maximum dimension of 1000 pixels.
to convert image to .JPG file type choose FILE=>SAVE AS and select .JPG as the file type. If you are able to, compress the file to about 70% this will give a relatively small size but plenty of detail in your uploaded photo.
