After completing your pet portrait I will either scan or photograph the artwork and email you a copy for approval.

If you are not 100% happy with my efforts, I will either re-draw the picture at your request, or refund the entire cost, including freight.

I stand by my work and I can't be fairer than that.

As I say "If you are not 100% happy with your pet portrait, you don't have to pay for it."
