- your name
- the amount you wish to put on the gift certificate
- the person you are giving the certificate to
- the address you would like it sent to
The certificate will be sent the same day the payment is received. Payment can be made by Direct Deposit at an ANZ branch, Internet Banking Transfer, Cheque, Money Order or by Credit Card Payment through Pay Pal. Normal postage is free, if you wish to have it Posted Express, it will cost $5.
